Process

Once we classify your environment and substrates to be coated or rectified, we will then specify a scope of works undertaking a series of processes. This ensures that once the products are coated they will not only look fantastic, but have high performance long term.

Processes

Depending on the substrate, the condition of the material and the installation environment, we customise our scope of works to ensure best practices are undertaken and with a high performance outcome.

1. Sand / linish

Correct sanding or linishing for metal preparation is critical to ensure adhesion. Failure to undertake this correctly will result in a failure of adhesion and poor long term performance.

2. mask all areas

It is critical all areas are masked with precision. Poor alignment or inadequate masking will result in overspray and a imperfect finish.

3. ZINKOTE

ZinKote is a primer specifically developed for anti-corrosion. This will ensure the coating performs well in particularly corrosive installation environments.

4. SEALKOTE

SealKote is applied to improve adhesion and seal off the base substrate and to create an anti-corrosion layer. It is non-porous and has excellent chemical resistance.

5. FLUOROKOTE

FluoroKote is used in marine and commercial applications. This product is the final coating which has highly durable colour pigments and self cleaning properties to ensure performance in any environment.

6. ANTI-GRAFFITI

Anti-graffiti is an additional highly durable top coat clear which can further prolong the coating. It allows self cleaning as well as acting as an anti-graffiti coating.
